The Challenge

Alhomaidhi Group had no online business presence and were operating 60+ offline outlets in Saudi Arabia. They needed a solution to sell watches online while synchronizing inventory, orders, and customer data with their existing ERP system. They also required an efficient delivery management system and mobile presence for their customers, while scaling operations digitally.

Our Solution

  • Developed a full-featured e-commerce website from scratch with WooCommerce, custom plugins, and ERP integration for automatic inventory and order management.
  • Built a delivery agent app for internal use, connected with the website, supporting order acceptance, status updates, WhatsApp/SMS notifications, and Aramex shipment integration.
  • Developed native Flutter apps (iOS & Android) connected via WordPress REST API to provide product listings, checkout, account management, and profile features.
  • Implemented SEO and digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and online sales.
