We offer the affordable best quality services
At StandardTouch, we are committed to clear pricing, transparent payment handling, and fair resolution of service concerns. This policy explains when refunds may be available and how they are processed.
This policy applies to services purchased directly from StandardTouch, including website development, mobile app development, software development, ERP implementation, AI solutions, digital marketing, hosting, maintenance, and support.
Specific terms in your accepted proposal, quotation, or service agreement take precedence over this policy, subject to applicable law.
StandardTouch uses PayGlocal to process online payments. StandardTouch is responsible for delivering the purchased services and reviewing refund requests.
For payments made through PayGlocal, approved refunds will normally be initiated through PayGlocal against the original transaction.
Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:
A project is cancelled before work begins.
A payment is duplicated or exceeds the amount due.
A prepaid service is not provided.
A service materially fails to meet the agreed scope and an appropriate remedy cannot be arranged.
A refund is required by applicable law.
Each request will be reviewed against the agreed service terms, work completed, and relevant payment records.
If you cancel before work begins, the amount paid will be refunded after deducting any approved, documented third-party costs that have already been incurred and cannot be recovered.
We will explain any deductions when confirming the refund.
If work has started, any refund will be calculated after accounting for work completed, services delivered, and approved non-recoverable third-party commitments.
Advance payments will be applied towards these amounts. Any remaining refundable balance will be returned, with a breakdown of the calculation.
Fees for services properly completed and delivered are generally not refundable solely because your plans or requirements change.
For recurring services, fees covering periods already served are generally not refundable. Prepaid fees for future periods will be reviewed under your agreement and our Cancellation Policy.
Domain registrations, hosting purchases, software licences, subscriptions, and advertising spend are subject to the relevant provider’s terms. Approved costs that cannot be recovered may be deducted where permitted by law.
Changes in rankings, advertising results, leads, or sales do not by themselves establish refund eligibility unless a specific outcome was guaranteed in writing.
Submit your request through our enquiry form or to the StandardTouch representative identified in your proposal or invoice.

For assistance, call +966 59 115 3847.
We aim to initiate approved refunds within 5 business days of written approval, unless an earlier deadline applies by law.
Refunds will normally be credited to the original payment method. An alternative method may be used only where permitted by PayGlocal, expressly requested by the payer, and verified as belonging to the same payer.
The time taken for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method, issuing bank, and payment network. We will share the available refund reference and expected timeline after initiation.
If the refund has not arrived within the communicated timeline, contact us so we can trace its status with PayGlocal.
If your account is debited but the payment appears unsuccessful, contact us with the transaction details so we can verify the status with PayGlocal. Reversals of failed payments follow the applicable payment-system timelines.
Verified duplicate payments will be refunded.
For international transactions, currency conversion and charges applied by your bank or payment provider may affect the amount reflected in your account. StandardTouch does not control their exchange rates or independently applied fees.
Nothing in this policy limits mandatory cancellation, refund, warranty, or other rights under applicable law. Any legally required remedy takes precedence over conflicting contractual or policy terms.
