The Challenge
The client wanted to launch a new delivery platform to support parcel sending and delivery-partner onboarding in one system. The product needed to handle end-to-end delivery workflows: customer order creation, driver registration and verification, order assignment, and live status updates—while giving the business full control via an admin dashboard.
Our Solution
User App
- Users can create parcel delivery orders with pickup & drop locations and sender/receiver contact numbers
- Users can track order progress through status updates
- Users receive push notifications for order updates
Delivery Partner Flow
- Delivery partners can register and apply by uploading vehicle images + required documents
- Verification workflow connected to the admin dashboard
- Delivery partners receive notifications for assigned orders and updates
Admin Panel (Updated + Complete)
We built a full admin dashboard where the client can:
- View all orders, order details, and order history
- Assign orders to delivery partners
- View all delivery partners, review their submissions, and approve/reject registration requests
- View/manage all users (including deleting users when needed)
- Send broadcast notifications to all users and delivery partners
- Control app settings such as theme changes, and manage system communication
