This fragmentation resulted in slow registration processes, enrollment errors, and excessive administrative workload. Institutions were losing potential students due to delays and poor UX, limiting revenue growth and making it difficult to scale or onboard new partners efficiently.

- Built a multi-vendor course marketplace enabling multiple institutions to list and sell courses on a single platform
- Developed a centralized registration and enrollment management system
- Created a real-time institution admin dashboard for managing courses, students, and enrollments
