Implementation Steps:
Step 1. Collecting Company Details:
● Gather company-related information, including:
- Company Name
- VAT ID
- Company Address
- Ensure this data is accurately inputted into ERPNext to maintain compliance.
Step 2. Collecting Customer Details:
● Record essential customer data, such as:
- Customer Name
- Customer VAT ID
- Customer Address
- Store and manage customer data in ERPNext with proper security measures to protect privacy.
Step 3. Onboarding ERPNext Device on Simulation Portal:
1. Get Compliance CSID:
- Initiate the process to obtain the Compliance CSID (Compliance Scheme ID) from the simulation portal.
- Follow the required steps to verify the ERPNext system’s compliance status.
2. Get Production CSID:
- Apply for and obtain the Production CSID, essential for the operational phase post-testing.
- Ensure that all system configurations meet the production standards required by ZATCA.
