The Challenge
Jamaat-e-Islami Hind organizes All India Ijtema, a large-scale religious event held once every four years, with tens of thousands of participants. Before this project, there was no centralized digital platform to manage:
- Event registrations
- Member personal, payment, and stay details
- Program scheduling and speaker management
- Pre-event and live-event communication
Most data was managed manually using Excel sheets, leading to inefficiencies, high operational overhead, and limited real-time visibility. Managing communication and coordination for such a large event was becoming increasingly difficult.
Our Solution
We designed and developed a scalable event management ecosystem consisting of an admin dashboard, a React-based web application, and a mobile app.

Event members downloaded the app, registered themselves, and submitted all required details directly through the application. The admin panel allowed organizers to monitor data in real time, manage registrations, and send push notifications to 50,000+ users instantly.
The backend APIs were designed with high performance and scalability in mind, implementing caching strategies and load-handling mechanisms. The frontend was deployed on Google Cloud Platform, ensuring reliability during peak traffic.
